Bungalow with garden and own garage in the centre of Puerto Rico, a stone's throw from the beach.
A single-storey house of 64 m² in the Orinoco Urbanisation, designed to disconnect without giving up anything. You step out the door and you have everything within reach: the bus stop ten metres away, the HiperDino supermarket at 210, the Angry Birds Activity Park practically next door and shops and restaurants all around. The new Mogan Mall is nearby, and Puerto Rico Beach and the marina are 600 metres downhill.
The garden is what makes this house different. Lawn, a tree that provides good shade and a covered porch of 8 m² with a table for eating outside and sun loungers. Breakfasts in the open air, afternoon naps in the shade and long dinners without leaving the house.
Exclusive garage space included. No driving around looking for a spot or paying for parking, which is no small matter in Puerto Rico.
Arrive whenever you like. Independent entrance with key box and code: even if your flight lands in the early hours, you can enter without waiting for anyone. Our local team is available by phone throughout your stay.
Inside: two bedrooms with beds that can be joined or separated as suits you, two full bathrooms with shower and an open-plan lounge-kitchen with direct access to the garden. It works equally well for a family or for two couples travelling together. The American-style kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, crockery, cutlery and utensils. WiFi, television, iron and hairdryer included. Maximum capacity: 4 people, with bedding and towels for four.
The urbanisation has a communal swimming pool and a peaceful setting, ideal for families. Anfi Tauro golf course is 3.5 km away and Gran Canaria airport is about 45 minutes' drive away.
House rules: maximum capacity of 4 people. No pets allowed. No smoking indoors. Parties, events and stag or hen dos are not permitted. Quiet hours from 21:00 to 9:00.

Trenger å rette på flere ting. Pusse opp det lille badet. Taket flasser og det lukter mugg. Veggene i resten av huset flasser. Finnes ingen luftemuligheter i det minste soverommet. Takvinduet defekt. Gjøre skikkelig rent spesielt dørene innvendig. Flsee more

Velbrukt slitt sengetøy. 4 senger og 4 dyner, men bare 2 dynetrekk. Hvite håndduker som ikke er hvite lenger. Pass godt på dette stedet, for det er helt unikt. Greit for noen dager, men vi er der i 2 mnd. Hotellpriser men ikke hotellstandard.
