This newly built modern holiday home is situated close to the Mesa y Lopez area and has two bedrooms and sleeps up to 3 people and a fabulous shared terrace with views.
It is a house tastefully decorated and furnished in white tones which has a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a single bed for the comfort of users. The entire accommodation has built-in air conditioning and WIFI.
It also has a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Next to it is the dining table and the lounge along with the armchair and the television.
In the upper area of the building there is a terrace with different furniture and views of the city and partially of the sea.
Near the house you can find the most commercial area of the city, Avenida de Mesa y López where there are different types of fashion, restaurant, decoration, leisure and entertainment establishments. In addition, 450 meters away you can visit Las Canteras Beach and stroll along its avenue enjoying the good weather of Gran Canaria as well as tasting the local gastronomy. At the end of the avenue is the Las Arenas Shopping Center with more shops, a cinema and a supermarket. If you like sports, the Go Fit gym is available a few blocks from the accommodation.
